DIY Mini Multifunction throttle and shift adapter kit

These parts will adapt the throttle and shift controls on a 1999-2010 3cyl 40hp-50hp mercury that was orignaly rigged for remote control and has the pan shift linkage, shown in the pics below.

link bar needs to be installed as pictured on the top post of the pan shift linkage, the bottom post is where you will connect the shift cable extended eyelet., a shift cable extension
